Read the Best Entrepreneur Books and Work Your Way to Success Faster

Distressingly, studies have shown that only a shade above half of American adults read books. Some may say that they don’t have the time, or they don’t find books that they would love to read, whatever the reason may be, what’s startling about it is that in another study, almost 70% percent of American adults interviewed said that they would like to own a home based business. Now if you’re planning to become an entrepreneur, or on your way to becoming one, you are obligated to have at least three or four of the best entrepreneur books that are available to you today.

Here are a few that are recommended when getting start in your entrepreneurial journey. It’s highly recommended to re-read these books to further cement the concepts and principles into your daily practice.

  • Think & Grow Rich, by Napoleon Hill
  • Secrets of The Millionaire Mind, by T. Harv Eker
  • The 4 Hour Workweek, by Tim Ferriss

While there are no rules, written or unwritten, which compels a business minded person to read books; this should really be a no brainer. As kids, we were already instilled with the fact that reading books is good. Books teach us, let us discover new things, expand our horizons, and feed our soul. And for a business person, the absence of some of the best entrepreneur books is a clear indication that they will always remain a business person and never become an entrepreneur. And most probably, they will become a broke and bankrupt one, too.

Many successful entrepreneurs write their own books because they have the knowledge and experience that budding entrepreneurs desire to possess. While not many of us will have the privilege of having some personal down time with them picking their brains for little treasures on how to become an effective entrepreneur and succeed, or have them as our personal mentor, reading the books they write will provide us the same results even without some face time.

As a matter of fact, if you have read a couple of entrepreneur books, you will see that many of the authors credit some of their success to a book they read. This is because entrepreneur books are not only highly educational, giving out pointers, offering advice, detailing step by step guidelines, and telling stories warning of the common mistakes and the possible obstacles you may face and how to handle them, but they are also very inspirational and motivating.

Remember, the true entrepreneur knows and admits that he doesn’t know everything, and the road to success is a constant learning process. And a good source for this learning process is being able to read and collect all the best entrepreneur books that you can get your hands on.
